We are dedicated to ensuring every detail of your window treatment with thoughtful support and a warranty that reflects our commitment to excellence.

TAILORED TO PLEASE
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely in love with your window treatments within 100 days of installation, you have the option to reorder a new product of your choice at 50% off.
We’ll reinstall it at no charge. Enjoy a 20% discount on any replacement of the original product within the first 5 years and a 10% discount on any replacement of your window treatments.
PEACE OF MIND, BUILT IN
Couvrant will repair or replace, at our discretion, any components that fail due to manufacturing defects—parts and shipping included—for seven years from your installation date. Labor is covered in full during your first year. After year one, a standard service fee applies.
MOTORIZED PRODUCT SUPPORT
For motorized shades and drapery systems, we offer one complimentary in-home service within the first year to assist with battery replacement, charging, or product reprogramming—because seamless function should never be a chore.
WHO’S COVERED
This warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and covers window treatments professionally installed by the Couvrant team. Products must be used as intended and maintained under normal conditions. Coverage does not extend to treatments altered by others or damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or acts of nature.
KEEPING THINGS CONSISTENT
If a covered treatment in a room with matching products needs replacement, we’ll make every effort to coordinate materials and ensure design continuity. If a fabric or component has been discontinued.
We offer generous replacement discounts for all matching treatments in the same space:
• 100% off during year 1
• 80% off during year 2
• 60% off during year 3
• 40% off during year 4
• 20% off during year 5
