We had a great experience several years ago but have had an abysmal time with a more complicated (and costly) project. Avoid. And if you're tempted, I would be happy to share the complete email correspondence.

Owner's reply
Hi Rachel! it honestly hurts to hear that you've had an abysmal experience, especially since we had such a great relationship on your first project. Complex projects certainly have their challenges, but that is no excuse for a poor experience. We want to see those emails and figure out where the communication broke down. Please get in touch with us at hello@couvrant.com —we'd really appreciate the chance to earn back your trust.

Couvrant has been wonderful to work with! We had house wide drapes/shades installed in 2024. Recently one of the curtain rods was starting pull out and couvrant was quick to respond and come out to remedy the situation. Would 100% recommend.

Paul and his team know window treatments! He's been a great partner to work with in making our new home "ours" and I've been thankful for Paul's help in making recommendations where appropriate. Couvrant is incredibly efficient when it comes to finishing and installing their products, and I greatly appreciate how tidy they are too 🙂 .

Owner's reply

Excellent Customer service. I was not happy with a bathroom window treatment. Couvrant immediately sent me a sample for a replacement window treatment. The new window treatment is fabulous and there was no additional charge. I highly recommend using Couvrant for your window treatment needs.
